Student Achievement Awards 2024
On March 9, 2024, the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (OSSTF/FEESO), celebrated the 2024 Student Achievement Award provincial winners. The 2024 theme – This Hits Different — The Power of Language, captured the students’ imaginations and inspired some truly amazing work. Nine provincial winners in nine categories, were awarded $1000 in each category for their prize.

Student Achievement Awards 2023
On March 11, 2023, the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (OSSTF/FEESO) held our first in-person ceremony since 2019, celebrating the 2023 Student Achievement Award provincial winners. The 2023 theme – I Am Everything They Say I Am Not, captured the students’ imaginations and inspired some truly amazing work. Eighteen provincial winners in eleven categories, were awarded $1000 in each category for their prize.

Student Achievement Awards Ceremony (Virtual) 2022 Video
On September 24, 2022, the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (OSSTF/FEESO) held a virtual ceremony celebrating the 2022 Student Achievement Award provincial winners. The 2022 theme - Our Moment in Time, captured the students’ imaginations and inspired some truly amazing work. Eleven provincial winners were awarded $1000 each in prizes.

Student Achievement Awards 2021
The Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (OSSTF/FEESO) Student Achievement Awards is an annual writing and creative arts competition open to all public secondary school students in Ontario. The 2021 competition theme was - Kindness is a Renewable Resource. Nine provincial winners were awarded $1000 each in prizes and were celebrated in a virtual ceremony in May 2021.

Student Achievement Awards 2020
We all know one strong woman – mother, sister, teacher, activist, grandmother, best friend, who has guided, inspired, and encouraged you to move forward in your life. Share that one strong woman with us. How has that one strong woman impacted your life? Get inspired by this year’s theme “One Strong Woman” and write a poem, short story or essay. Or create a drawing or painting that explores the theme. We even have a category for digital productions such as videos and songs. Share your creative vision with the world!

Student Achievement Awards 2018
The 2018 Student Achievement Awards theme, What's Your Superpower, inspired students to think about what makes them special and how they use their own "super power" in their everyday lives. They explored and developed this theme through poems and short stories, with paint and with pencils, in the classroom and on the screen.
